Beach #House #Cosmos

I would possibly be posting just a pair of cocktail recipes this summer, but fairly and actually I’m on no account a drinky-drink type of girl.  It’s typically wine or bust for me.  But I’ve been expanding my horizons and attempting new things.  All of the cocktails I’ve been posting I’ve fully loved.  And this one I’m sharing with you at this time was the greatest one ever!!



We frolicked at a seaside residence this summer season for a pair of weeks.  You’ll be seeing just a pair of “beach house-inspired” recipes within the weeks to come.  This is one in every of them.  Our expensive seaside residence neighbor Sheila loaned me her copy of The Beach House Cookbook to make use of whereas I was on vacation, which I fully adore.  So many vast recipes in there.  Of course, this recipe comes from that book.

I liken this recipe to a nice sangria, sans the rather a lot of fruit and made fully differently!  It’s tremendous simple to pull-together (it starts with store-bought limeade, that's paired with vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice), and it’s served in a pitcher.

These beachy cosmos have been WAY too simple to gulp down on a blistering hot summer season day in Massachusetts.  And they're relatively deadly for those who drink one too many!

Ingredients

    four cups ready limeade
    2 cups vodka
    1 cup cranberry juice
    1/2 cup triple sec
    12 slices recent lime

Instructions

    Mix all foods in a pitcher. Place within the refrigerator and permit kick back for 2 to three hours.
    Serve in martini glasses and garnish with a lime slice.
