Cookie #Dough #Frosting

 Is there something higher than truffles and chocolate chip cookie blanketed in decadent chocolate syrup? This (surprisingly easy!) Brownie Cookie Dough Cake is certain to be a show-stopper!


INGREDIENTS

    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. McCormick® Vanilla Extract
    1 cup entire milk
    1 1/2 cup packed pale brown sugar
    1 cup (2 sticks or 226g) butter, at room temperature at room temperature

INSTRUCTIONS

    Beat brown sugar and butter collectively in a stand mixer (or hand held mixer) on medium velocity till comfortable and creamy.
    Add in flour and vanilla extract into creamed butter till totally combined.
    With the mixer on low speed, and in milk somewhat at a time till totally incorporated.
    For the Brownie Cookie Dough Cake the mini chocolate chips could be extra on best of the frosting. You too can upload 1 cup of mini chocolate chips instantly into the frosting.
    IF YOU DON'T WANT TO USE FLOUR out of the bag, simply area it on a baking sheet in an even layer and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
